Who Can Collect?

The person named on the booking must be present at collection. A valid passport or government-issued national ID is required — no exceptions.

Third-party collection is not permitted. The ID presented must match the name used during the booking process.

Collection is available at any active CX branch — not just the branch you may have selected during booking. Bring your booking reference number and ID.
